Who we are
Built for the investment office, by investment practitioners
DEALWISE began with a simple observation: institutions had invested heavily in front-office analytics and back-office accounting, but the process that actually creates and protects value, the investment lifecycle itself, was still run on spreadsheets, inboxes and shared drives.
We set out to build the missing layer. Not a CRM adapted for deals, and not a data warehouse with a dashboard on top, but a system that models how institutional capital is actually committed, governed, monitored and realised.
The result is a platform where the pipeline, the committee decision, the diligence finding, the valuation, the covenant test and the exit reconciliation are all the same record at different points in its life.
